MINDSOURCE requires you to focus 100% of your attention if you are to reap its full benefits. If necessary, adjust the phone and advise others around you of your need to avoid being disturbed.

If possible, change into casual, comfortable clothing. At the minimum, loosen any restrictive clothing. Sit or lie down in a position that does not interfere with deep breathing.
